Long walk, walking time about 5 hours
Unterinn - Wolfsgruben - Signater Kopf - Signat - Unterinn
Altitude 850 m to 1260 m
From the village square Unterinn (900 m) take the path no. 12
up to Wolfsgruben (1200 m) and to the view point Signater Kopf
(1260 m). Continue path no. 13A and turn left into path no. 13
down to Signat (850 m). Return path no. 31A to Unterinn.

Medium walk, walking time about 3 ½ hours
Unterinn - Signat - Unterinn
Altitude 760 m to 990
m
From the village square in Unterinn (900 m) first up to the
main road in a westerly direction (downhill towards Bozen) until
you reach the small bridge, then path no. 31A, on the right, to
the Partschunerhof (990 m). Continue to Signat (850 m). Return
path no. 31 which is directing you to Unterinn.

Unterinner Hof - Signat - Unterinner Hof
Altitude 760 m to 990 m
From Unterinn, Gasthof Unterinnerhof (770 m) take the path no.
31 to Signat (850 m). Return blue path no. 31A then turn right
into the path no. 5A and the connection-path to Unterinnerhof.

Walks in this area are possible at any time of the
year. The favourite time is the "Törggelezeit".
This is from mid September to mid November and people go to the rural
guesthouses to enjoy the young wine and typical South Tyrolean specialities.

One should
not miss seeing the
huge chestnut trees, estimated to be up to 1000
years old, located to the east of the Partschunerhof farm house.
Suggestions to stop at Signat: Patscheider and Signater Hof, or
Neuhauser farm near Unterinner Hof (this guesthouse is only open
in September, October and November)
