CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT
Check-in time is 14:00 pm - check out within
11:00 am. If available you can book a specific room number
or floor.
CONFIRMATION
The reservation is binding for both sides
after sent confirmation by our Hotel.
PAYMENT
You can pay at your departure day with
cheque or in cash. We don't accept credit cards.
CANCELLATION TERMS
Cancellation till 20 days before arrival
is free. If cancellation in the 20 days before arrival,
we will charge for 40% of the agreed total price, if the
booked room can't be occupied again during the agreed period.
If cancellation in the 7 days before arrival, we will charge
for 70% of the agreed total price, if the booked room can't
be occupied again during the agreed period.
If not all the beds booked are occupied
or cancelled, the percentage is based on the agreed price
of the unoccupied or not cancelled beds only.
ARRANGEMENTS IN THE CASE OF PREMATURE
DEPARTURE
In the case of premature departure of the
guest, the customer is obligated to pay the price for the
days spent and 40% of the agreed price for the agreed remaining
but not used services.
In order to save you any expenses in such
cases, we recommend you take out a
trip cancellation insurance
